      In the field of new energy, wind power, as a clean and renewable resource, is gradually becoming an important part of the global energy. The 99MW Wind-Storage Integrated Project in Hubei, China, is developed in collaboration with a local farm, featuring the installation of 25 wind turbines for power generation.

      Due to the intermittent and fluctuating nature of wind power, the power output is easily affected by changes in wind speed, posing challenges for stable grid connection.

      To make wind energy more reliable and easier to use, Vision provided a centralized energy storage system solution for the project, helping to achieve peak shaving and valley filling, ensuring stable grid operation, and promoting the efficient utilization of renewable energy.

      Project Introduction

      Vision ESS Container

      Vision's energy storage system adopts lithium iron phosphate battery packs and is designed with a pre-installed containerized structure, featuring high safety, long lifespan, and easy deployment. The 50 MW/100 MWh energy storage station covers approximately 25 acres and consists of 15 subsystems, each with a capacity of 3.35 MW/6.7 MWh.

      Featuring high power capacity, efficiency, and safety, this ESS from Vision ensures real-time power balance on both sides of the grid. It provides reliable and sustainable energy to local communities, supporting grid stability and enhancing energy security.

      Project Value

      The energy storage system offered by Vision successfully addressed grid instability caused by the unpredictability of new energy generation, providing a more stable and reliable energy supply. By combining energy storage and wind power generation systems, it produces over 220,000 MWh of renewable energy each year. Moreover, the project's environmental impact is significant, saving approximately 67,700 tons of standard coal annually, equivalent to a reduction of about 176,000 tons of CO₂ emissions.
